- One panel, build your own: from $385.
- A four-person pod (a “T” layout with a screen between each person) at full 6ft height: about $2,000, which is around $500 a head. This is the best value per person, because everyone shares the same screens.
- A single private cubicle against a wall, with a screen across and a return down the side: about $1,200 for the one person. More like their own small office.

Why it costs so much less than a traditional fit-out
This is the part most people miss. A cubicle system is furniture, not a building job.
A traditional office fit-out means designers, CAD drawings, electricians on site, data cabling contractors, installers, and all the on-costs that come with trades. You are paying for a project, not a product.
A modular cubicle system does that same separating job without any of that. You pay for the panels and posts, and that is the bill. Cables can run underneath or through the panels, which avoids the fixed electrical and data cabling a built-in partition needs.
