RETURN POLICY


You can ONLY cancel your order without penalty if cancellation occurs PRIOR to the goods being produced by our manufacturing team.

Your partitions are built to order so a full refund will require notification prior to the commencement of production. If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, additional delivery charges will apply.

Within 7 Working Days Of Receiving Your Delivery

If there is a production fault or shipping damage at the time of the delivery, it is important you let us know within 7 days of receipt.

If there is no damage to the unit and you have simply decided that you would like to cancel the order, you will be charged the shipping to and from the location plus a 30% restocking fee.

Portable Partitions Australia fully warrants its products (*) to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of delivery.
* Operable Wall products and other customised products have a no return policy. These products have product fault warranty for 3 years like all our products but are non returnable because of their custom design and manufacture.

Merchandise must be in original crating and/or packaging to protect the product during shipment. All returned items must be in 100% resalable condition. Any non-defective merchandise that is returned collect will be refused and the customer will be responsible for charges incurred. All repairs and returns must be approved in writing by us before action is taken. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days after the original delivery date. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation.

After 7 Working Days Of Receiving Your Delivery

After this 7 working day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. In which case we are committed to rectifying any product issues or replacing the unit. We make no warranties for fitness for purpose and shall have no liability for consequential or special damages.

Should Portable Partitions Australia deem it impractical to offer a replacement product for any item that is damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to offer a repair, an allowance for a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase.

Damaged Or Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item you should notify us immediately by emailing us at info@portablepartitions.com.au or calling us on 1300 731 397. We will then arrange for the items(s) to be collected and for a replacement to be delivered, or will work with you to send replacement parts and have the issue rectified as soon as possible.
