For your convenience shipping costs can be calculated on every product page, all orders come with a tracking number and are dispatched for delivery the next weekday Australia and New Zealand wide from our Sydney factory. Final shipping time will depend on your location and standard courier shipping times which as a reference are:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro areas: 3 day shipping when ordered before 10:00 am and 4 day shipping when ordered after 10:00am.
South Australia, Adelaide, West Australia, Perth: 7 business days if ordered before 10:00 am.
Northern territory, Regional WA and Regional SA: 14 business days if ordered before 10:00am.

- If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via email or phone and an estimated stock arrival date will be confirmed.
- Delivery charges are based on cubic dimensions and weight of boxed item. Most products ship partially assembled. So you will typically have to add end panels and wheels before using. There is a simple instruction manual and a assembly video that can help you through this. Failing that- just give us a buzz and we can coach you through it.
- Before processing your order you will be given full visibility of related shipping charges from within the shopping cart by simply adding you postcode and can also view this estimate from every product page as you browse the website.
- Some of our room dividers can measure up to 2.29m in height and can weigh up to 70kg. If your room divider is being transported through doorways or up and down stairways on arrival please ensure there is enough manoeuvrable room to accept the deliver.
